Earn up to 20 percent more from your Dubai apartment
Short term letting, run from end to end by us. No tenant, no contract, no chasing a cheque. Commission is 10 percent, the lowest in Dubai.
What a yearly tenancy costs you
A twelve month contract feels safe right up to the month the cheque bounces, or the week you want your own apartment back.
No tenant, no contract to escape
No lease to break, no dispute, no eviction. Guests arrive, stay a few nights and leave again, and the apartment is yours in between.
Nobody owes you rent
Every stay is paid before the guest walks in. You are never waiting on a cheque or wondering whether this month lands.
Use the apartment yourself
Block the dates and it is yours. Owners who fly in for a week or two a year save the hotel bill, which a tenancy makes impossible.
Someone is inside every week
Our housekeeping team is in the apartment between every stay. A leak, a failing air conditioner or a damaged wall shows up in days, not at the end of a twelve month lease.
Ten percent, and not a dirham more
Most operators in Dubai charge between 15 and 25 percent. We charge 10, and only on what the apartment actually earns.
You do none of the work
Listing, pricing, photography, guest messages, check in, cleaning, linen and maintenance. We do all of it and send you one statement a month.
What could your apartment earn?
Based on current market rates for short stays in Dubai. What your apartment actually earns depends on the building, the floor, the view and the season.
Net income, after our commission
An estimate, not a promise. Utilities, the holiday home permit and service charges are not included. We will put together a precise projection for your apartment at no cost.

What owners ask first
What does the 10 percent cover?
Listing and pricing, every guest message, check in and check out, housekeeping, linen, maintenance follow up and your monthly statement. It is 10 percent of what the apartment earns, so if it earns nothing, we earn nothing.
Do I need a holiday home permit?
Yes, every short stay rental in Dubai needs one and it is issued per apartment. We walk you through it, including the no objection certificate from your building.
Can I still use the apartment myself?
Of course. Block the dates and it is yours. Plenty of owners come over a few weeks a year and save the hotel cost entirely.
What if a guest breaks something?
Every stay carries a deposit and our team checks the apartment between guests, so damage surfaces the same week rather than months later.
Am I locked in?
No. We work on a short notice period. If it does not suit you, you are not stuck with us for a year.
How quickly can it go live?
If the permit is in order and the apartment is furnished, usually within a couple of weeks. The photography and the listing take the longest.
